摘要
本文从城市化进程中民族格局的新变化和社区功能转变的分析入手,认为当前城市民族关系的协调必须以社区为视角,纳入社区工作的范围中,这既是新时期城市民族工作的新课题,也是构建和谐社区的必然选择。
Through the analysis of some new changes on national pattern and community function during civilization, the thesis says community work must take account of coordinating ethnic relationship in city and it is both a new research topic of city＇ s ethnic affair and an inevitable choice of constructing the harmonious society today.
