摘要
通过冷冻壳聚糖-明胶共混液诱导相分离的方法,可以制成多孔性、亲水性、透气性良好的海绵状伤口敷料。影响海绵体敷料结构形态及性能的因素主要有共混液中壳聚糖与明胶比例、共混液总浓度、粉末量和交联剂用量等。其用量最佳配比为:壳聚糖50%/明胶50%/总浓度2.2%~2.5%/粉末量1:1/交联剂用量1%。
