利用木薯渣发酵生产啤酒酵母单细胞蛋白的研究

The Study of Cassava Dregs Ferment to Produce Single Cell Protein

木薯渣中含有大量的淀粉,但蛋白含量很低,直接饲用效果差。该研究利用黑曲霉和啤酒酵母在适宜的条件下对木薯渣进行混种发酵,提高木薯渣的蛋白含量,作为一种酵母单细胞蛋白饲料应用于生产和饲养牲畜,并使废弃物得到资源化处理。

The cassava dregs contain a great quantity of amylum but little protein. It is useless to feed directly. In this article we use cerevisiae and aspergiulls, niger ferment the eassava dregs, and transform the eassava dregs into active yeast. Then we heighten the protein content to 15%. Hence the production can be used as feedstuff of single cell protein to feedthe livestock. The dreg is resolved as a resource at the same time.
