注射用水溶性维生素治疗心肌炎的临床疗效观察

The Obersavation of the Injection of Water Soluble Vitamin in the Therapy of Myocarditis

为观察水溶性维生素在心肌炎治疗中的效果,选用共60例病人,其中30例应用水溶性维生素,30例应用常规治疗进行对比观察。观察治疗前后两组的症状、体征(心力衰竭、心律失常)、心电图(Electrocardi-gram ECG),部分进行Holter、心脏大小超生心电图(UCG)的变化情况。结果水溶性维生素的疗效显著,两组间统计学均有显著性差异。因此佐以水溶性维生素能更快地缓解症状(P<0.05),减轻和/或减少心律失常的发作(P<0.05),控制和/或纠正心力衰竭(P<0.05)。

To observe the therapeutic effects of water-soluble vitamin on myocarditis, 60 patients were studied, in which 30 patients were treated with water-soluble vitamin and other 30 patients as control group were treated by normal cure. Symptoms, physical signs（heart failure, arrhythmia）, ECG, UCG（ineluding heart size） before and after treatment were all examined in these two groups. Water-soluble vitamin showed significant improvement in the therapeutic group and statistic difference was found between these two groups, it showed that adding of water-soluble vitamin is more effective in the treatment of heartfailure（P〈0. 05）,arrhythmia（P〈0.05） and also the relief of symptoms（P〈0.05）.
