摘要
介绍毛细管电泳分析的基本原理和发展概况,并利用毛细管电泳技术对交联剂TETS的合成反应进行跟踪和监测,以验证合成反应机理,确定最佳合成条件,监测分离提纯效果,对目标产物进行定性、定量分析。
The basic principle and the present development of capillary electrophoresis (CE) are introduced and the synthetic reaction of crosslinker TETS is traced and monitored by CE analysis, so as to prove the mechanism of synthetic reaction, determine the optimum synthetic condition, monitory the effect of separation and purification, and qualitative analysis and quantita tive analysis of the objective products.
