复方丹参注射液对冠心病CRP、CK、CK-MB的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨应用复方丹参注射液(SMC)后冠心病(CHD)患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、肌酸激酶(cK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK—MB)及CK—MB/CK的变化情况及其相关性。方法:将137例CHD患者分成两组。分别测量以上各值,并进行比较。结果;丹参组经治疗4~5d,以上各值下降好于常规组。结论:复方丹参注射液对CHD中遭破坏的心肌有修复作用。 Objective:To study the changes of C reactive protein(CRP),Creatine Kinase(CK),Creatine Kinase- MB(CK-MB) and CK-MB/CK on patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) effectively with salvia mihiorrhiza composita (SMC),and their relativity. Methods :One hundred thirty-seven CHD were divided into two group,their above index were measured and compared. Results ._ SMC group's index was lower than normal group treated after 4 ~ 5 days. Conclusion:SMC can repair cardiac muscle destroied in CHD.
