麝香保心丸治疗充血性心力衰竭的临床观察

Observations on the efficacy of She-Xiang-Bao-Xin-Wan in the treatment of congestive heart failure

本文作者对麝香保心丸加基础药物(治疗组)和基础药物(对照组)治疗39例充血性心力衰竭患者的疗效进行了观察。结果表明,治疗组可明显改善血流动力和心功能状况,并可降低心肌耗氧量,且副作用小,在治疗充血性心力衰竭上更优于对照组。

Thirty-nine patients with congestive heart failure were allocated randomly into She-Xiang-Bao-Xin-Wan treatment group (n= 19) or conventional treatment group (n = 20). Clinical manifestations and ultrasono-cardiographic changes were recorded 14 days after the begining of treatment and comparison between the 2 groups were made. The results showed that improvement in hemodynamic data and cardiac function and reduction in myocardial oxygen consumption are more prominent in treatment group. No obvious side effect was noted. It is concluded that She-Xiang-Bao-Xin-Wan is a better treatment in comparison with conventional treatment in patients with congestive heart failure.
