摘要
应用显色基质、鲎试剂建立起定量检测人血丙种球蛋白(简称Ig)细菌内毒素的新方法,并应用于51批Ig细菌内毒素含量的测定。结果表明,细菌内毒素浓度与相应的吸光度呈良好的线性关系,r=0.998;样品干扰性实验的回收率为90.27%;以3.33En/ml、6.67En/ml分别为5%,10%Ig细茵内毒素的最大限量,考察51批Ig中的细菌内毒素含量,与家兔热原法结果的符合率为100%.
In this paper, a new method for the quantitative analysis of bacteria endotoxinin human -immungloblin (ig) by chromogenic and TAL was reported. 51 batches of Ig was test.The correlation of the concentration of bacteria endotoxin to the absorptance was good, 0 .9981the recovery in sample was 90.27%. The 51 batchs of ig test results showed that, for bacteriaendotoxin, 3.33 Eu/ml and 6.67 Eu/ml was the utmost determination values respectively to 5 %and 10% Ig.
