水轮机转轮泄水锥形状对机组内部流动影响分析 被引量:7

摘要 本文对三峡原型混流式水轮机进行了改型设计,采用延长泄水锥的方法作为降低尾水管振动的措施。通过对改型的整体机组进行三维湍流非定常计算,得到了水轮机的非定常流场,预测了转轮出口尾水管内部的压力脉动。通过与改型前整机的三维非定常湍流计算结果进行比较可以看出,改型后的机组尾水管振动幅值降低,涡带强度有所下降,达到了水轮机减振的目的。 In order to reduce vibration of the draft tube, the improvement has been carried out on Three Gorge Francis hydro-turbine by increasing the length of runner-hub. Based on the information of three-dimensional unsteady turbulent simulation through the whole flow passage, the predicted unsteady internal flow condition indicates that the improvement can effectively reduce the pressure fluctuation and vortex intensity in the draft tube.
