摘要
外掺MgO筑坝技术是我国首创的筑坝新技术,经过20余年的实践与研究,已初步形成一套较为完整的理论体系,先后在多个工程中得到应用。将MgO作为膨胀剂掺入混凝土中,混凝土的自生体积变形呈良好的延迟微膨胀状态,提高了混凝土自身的抗裂能力。MgO混凝土的自生体积变形主要受MgO和粉煤灰掺量、温度及龄期的影响。其中,自生体积变形的基本方程主要受龄期影响,MgO和粉煤灰掺量及温度对MgO混凝土的自生体积变形起缩放作用。本文通过研究MgO和粉煤灰掺量、温度及龄期对MgO混凝土的自生体积变形的影响,建立MgO混凝土自生体积变形的数学模型,为工程实践和科研提供参考。
Adding MgO into concrete is new technique of dam project. After 20 years study, we own the integrated theory and have applied it in many projects. The autogenous volume deformation of MgO concrete is retarded with tiny expansive, and is helpful to crack resistance of concrete. The autogenous volume deformation of MgO concrete is mainly influenced by content of MgO and fly ash, age and temperature. Among them, the basic equation of autogenous volume deformation is mainly influenced by age, the content of MgO, fly ash and temperature will magnify it. In this paper, the influence of content of MgO and fly ash, age and temperature on the autogenous volume deformation of MgO concrete is studied and its mathematic model is established.
