摘要
应用放射免疫分析,初步观察了特非那丁引起的豚鼠血浆环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)相对浓度变化。结果表明,特非那丁组显著高于空白对照组,可间接反映细胞内及肺组织cAMP含量的变化,并提示特非那丁这一作用也可对胞膜表面β2肾上腺素受体(β2AR)产生影响,引起β2AR的异种向下调节。
Using radio immunoassay technique, we investigated the change of relative concentration of cAMP in guinea pig plasma caused by terfenadine. cAMP level of terfenadine group was significantly higher than those of the control group( P <0.05). The results might indirectly reflect the change of intracellular and lung tissue cAMP levels and suggested that terfenadine may also affect β adrenergic receptor on cellular membranes and to cause heterogenous down regulation of β adrenergic receptor.
