人乳头瘤病毒感染与膀胱肿瘤关系的探讨

A Study on the Relationship between Infection of Human Papillomavirus and the Incidence of Bladder Carcinoma

本研究旨在探讨人乳头瘤病毒（ＨＰＶ）感染与膀胱肿瘤发生发展之间的关系。用体外基因扩增技术，即聚合酶链反应，使用人乳头瘤病毒１６和１８型引物序列，对３４例膀胱癌新鲜手术切除标本、３０例正常膀胱粘膜作对照，进行人乳头瘤病毒基因检测，肿瘤标本ＨＰＶＤＮＡ总阳性率为４１．１８％；其中ＨＰＶ１６型阳性率为２０．６０％，ＨＰＶ１８型阳性率为２６．４７％，合并感染阳性率为５．８８％。３０例正常对照标本未检出ＨＰＶ１６、ＨＰＶ１８型ＤＮＡ序列。研究初步表明，高危类ＨＰＶ１６型。

Technology of DNA amplification polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used to detect human papillomavirus (HPV) type 16, 18 specific DNA sequences were employed in 34 cases of bladder carcinoma and 30 cases of normal bladder. HPV 16, 18 DNA was found in 14 of the tumors (41.18%); HPV 16 DNA in 7 tumors (20.60%), HPV 18 DNA in 9 tumors (26.47%). HPV DNA was not found in 30 cases of normal bladder. The results show that the close association between bladder cancer and HPV (especially HPV 16 and HPV 18 ) infection.
