以南方普遍使用的浓缩料为对象,研究酶制剂对浓缩料-稻谷型日粮使用效果的影响。选择20kg左右的长×大杂交去势小猪90头,分为5个处理组,即玉米日粮组(A组)、稻谷日粮组(B组)、稻谷日粮+9302组(C组)、稻谷日粮+2327组(D组)、稻谷日粮+欧帝酶组(E组),每个处理3个重复(栏),每个重复6头。所有试验组日增重和料肉比均差于玉米日粮组,A、D、E组日增重差异不显著(P>0.05),且均显著好于B、C组(P<0.05)。5个组料肉比差异不显著(P>0.05)。各组总能消化率均低于玉米组,其中不加酶的稻谷组显著低于其他组(P<0.05),其他组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。E组和A组蛋白质消化率显著高于其他组(P<0.05),其中稻谷不加酶(B组)蛋白质消化率极显著低于其他组(P<0.01)。A、C、D、E组大肠杆菌数量显著低于B组(P<0.05)。D组的乳酸杆菌数量显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。A、C、D、E组双歧杆菌数量显著高于B组(P<0.05)。
Based on concentrate prevailing in south China, effects of several enzyme preparations on concentrate-rice-diet in growing pigs was studied in this experiment. 90 L×Y hybrid pigs about 20 kg were selected to be divided into 5 diet groups with treatments in random respectively. The DG and FCR of all other treatments were worse than group A with group A, D, E not differring significantly(P〉0.05) but better than B, C(P〈0.05). FCR of all groups did not differ significantly. GE digestibilities of other diet groups were lower than treatment A with B being lower than A,C, D, E remarkably(P〈 0.05) which had not significant difference(P 〉 0.05). Protein digestibilities of diet A, E were better than others signifieantly(P〈0.05) with diet B lower than others significantly(P〈0.01). Escheriehia Coli in group A, C, D, E were lower than B significantly(P〈0.05). Lactic bacteria in group D was more than others(P〈 0.05). Bifidobacterium in group A, C, D, E were more than B significantly(P〈0.05).
