Fluidity of Intact Erythrocytes Determined by Fluorescent Probe DPH

建立了应用荧光探针１，６－二苯基－１，３，５－己三烯（ＤＰＨ）测定完整红细胞膜流动性的方法。通过对ＤＰＨ与完整红细胞膜结合后的荧光光谱，以及邻苯三酚和超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）对膜脂流动性影响的分析。

A method employing fluorescent probe DPH to detect the membrane fluidity of intact erythrocyte was established. The feasibility and reliability of the method was proven by examining the fluorescent spectra after DPH and membrane association, and by analysing the effects of pyrogallol and SOD on the fluidity of membrane lipids.
