多组分处理浴对壳聚糖膜渗透汽化性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 在壳聚糖膜的制备成型过程中,会发生多种物质的扩散和交换,以及多种离子的结合与解离.文中通过采用一系列的多组分处理浴初步探索了这些影响因素的作用机理与效果.发现碱液在膜中的扩散速度和膜的中和再生反应速度的不同可导致膜表里结构均一性的变化.当处理温度在10~20℃范围内时,三组分处理浴(0.5%NaOH/95%乙醇/NaAc的质量比为80/20/0.5)的处理效果较好,膜的性能稳定,分离系数和渗透通量均有提高. During the formation of the chitosan membrane, there arises the diffusion and exchange of multiple substances, and the combination and decomposition of various ions. In this paper, the effects of these factors were preliminarily investigated by using a series of muhicomponent coagulating baths, with corresponding mechanisms being also studied. The results show that the difference between the diffusion speed and the neutralization speed arising in the alkali bath may result in the variation of the membrane structure homogeneity, and that, at a temperature range of 10 to 20℃, the ter-component coagulating bath ( mass ratio of NaOH/ethanol/NaAc is 80/20/0.5 ) possesses good pervaporation performance, and the corresponding membrane is of good stability, improved separation coefficient and permeation flux.
