A Strain of Streptomyces avermitilis Producing High Avermectin B Components

对某生产菌株MA-1进行诱变的过程中筛选得到一株新菌株MA-2,通过TLC和HPLC分析,确认其发酵产生的活性成分只有B组分,包括B1a和B2a两种主要成分,以及微量B1b成分。经多次菌株传代培养,表明这一组分组成的稳定性良好。

A mutant MA-2, which producing only avermectin B, was isolated from the industrial strain MA-I in our laboratory. Analysis with thin layer chrnatography （TLC） and high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） showed that B1a, and B2a which have higher anthelmintic activity are major components, and B2a is minor component in products of the mutant MA-2, The ratio in mutant MA-2 is stable in repeat subculture.
