Cause analysis to pipeline leakage of coal-fired boiler and countermeasure

针对一段时间以来锅炉频繁发生的管道泄漏原因进行了分析,计算出受热面磨损速度与掺烧高炉煤气量之间的关系,并提出预防性的措施,有效地减少了锅炉爆管现象的发生,解决了困扰锅炉安全稳定运行的一大生产难题。

The present paper analyzed the cause to the leakage of the pipeline of the boiler frequently occurring in a certain period of time recently and calculated out the relationship between the wearing rate of the heat carrying side of the boiler and the quantity of BF gas fed into the boiler and put up the precaution measure. As the results the accidents of the pipeline breaking in the boiler has been effectively reduced and therefore the most bothering problem ;for smooth running of the boiler successfully solved.
