摘要
使用比较分析方法,通过把虚拟经营与小企业集群、传统合作、企业兼并、契约型企业集团、企业联盟、网络经营、外包等相关相近概念进行比较、甄别,最后得出虚拟经营的典型特征、法律特征与涵义。
This paper first compared and distinguished the virtual operating with relative and similar concepts such as small corporation consortia, conventional cooperation, M＆A, corporate group of contract model, enterprise aiiance, network operating and outsourcing by the comparative method. Then this paper generalized the typical characteristics, law characteristics and definition about virtual operating.
