摘要
新建本科院校当前存在着的人才资源结构不合理问题,已成为制约这些地方高校发展的瓶颈。只有健全人才管理体制,加快人才资源结构调整步伐,才能真正实现新建本科院校的可持续发展。
Nowadays the unreasonable structure of talent resources in new local colleges and universities imposes the bottleneck restrictions on their development. The paper indicates that only the perfection of the talent management system and the acceleration of the talent resources restructuring can have their sustainable development really fulfilled.
