摘要
The ability of several nature antioxdants to protect free radical initiator AAPH induced oxidative DNA damage was assessed by measuring the conversion supercoiled pBR322 plasma DNA to the open circular and linear forms.It was found that six nature antioxidants could significantly inhibit the oxidative DNA damage induced by AAPH and their abilities ranked one by one in order as rutin,quercetin and vanillin,ursolic acid,curcumim,oleanolic acid.
