灯盏花素治疗慢性肺源性心脏病的疗效观察

Randomized control study on dengzhanhuasu in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease

目的观察灯盏花素治疗慢性肺源性心脏病的临床效果。方法89例肺心病患者随机分成两组。治疗组(n=48)在常规治疗的基础上加用灯盏花素;对照组(n=41)常规基础治疗,包括洋地黄及利尿剂的应用。结果治疗组有效率(95.8%)明显高于对照组(78.0%),两组比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论灯盏花素治疗肺心病安全、有效,更适合于合并冠心病、心力衰竭的患者。

Objective To inspect the clinical effecs of dengzhanhuasu in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease. Methods A randomized control trial was conducted and 89 patients with chronic pulmona- ry heart disease were randomly divided into 2 groups. The therapeutic group （ n = 48） took dengzhanhuasu on the base of conventional treatment. And the control group （ n = 41 ） received the conventional treatment,including the application of digitalis and hydragegue. Results The effection rate of the therapeutic group （95.8%） was significantly higher than that of control group（78.0% ）. The difference in the conversion rates between the two groups was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Zhusheyong Dengzhanhuasu is secure and effective in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease. And it is even fitter for the chronic pulmonary heart disease patients ,who also has coronary heart disease and heart failure.
