网格信息服务性能的模拟评估

摘要 由于网格平台本身的异构性和动态变化性,直接测试网格信息服务的性能是非常困难的.为此,分析了网格信息服务的特点和形式,给出了平均响应时间、平均吞吐率、CPU负载、资源的利用率以及成功的请求数等等测试指标.在此基础上,设计和实现了网格模拟器JFreeSim,通过模拟网格环境,动态部署网格信息服务,对其性能进行了评估,为网格平台的性能优化提供了依据. Grid computing technologies made sharing and cooperating large-scale network resource possible. As an important part of grid platforms, the performance of information service had direct effect on the performance of grid platforms and the grid application. In consideration of the heterogeneity of grid platforms and its dynamic characteristic, it was difficult to evaluate the performance of information service directly. The characteristics of information service and its form were analyzed and valuation metrics, such as average response time in second, average throughput per second, CPU Load, resource usage and the number of successful request etc were presented. On the basis of the above analysis, a grid simulator-JFreeSim was designed and realized. By simulating grid environment and dynamic deployment of grid information service, the performance was evaluated.
