东北雷公藤对肾炎大鼠肾脏组织病理学影响的实验研究

Experiment research of effects of tripterium regelii on pathology of nephritic Mice

目的研究东北雷公藤对肾炎大鼠肾脏组织病理学的影响。方法采用多次小剂量阿霉素尾静脉注射诱导大鼠肾炎模型,以东北雷公藤甙液灌胃治疗4 w后,取出正常对照组、模型对照组、模型治疗组的大鼠肾组织,分别做常规HE、PAS染色。结果经东北雷公藤治疗的模型治疗组大鼠的肾组织病理有明显改善。结论东北雷公藤对大鼠肾炎有一定的治疗作用。

Objective To investigate the effects of Tripterium Regelii on pathology of nephritic mice. Methods Nephritic mice model was induced with small doses of adriamyein many times. Model treatment group was treated with the solution of Tripterium Regelii for 4weeks, renal tissue from normal control group, model control group and model treatment group were stained with the method of HE and PAS. Results Pathology of model treatment group was ameliorated significantly after treated by Tripterium Regelii. Conclusion Triptcrium Regclii has a definite therapic effect on nephritic mice.
