In view of the profound influence of the new-issued development policies for iron and steel industry on the domestic iron and steel trade environment, a new marketing strategy is proposed to the iron and steel trade enterprises, which includes changing the profit-gaining mode, creating a stable consumer group, popularizing new products in a more cost-effective manner, optimizing marketing channel and logistics, and transforming to a manufacturing and processing type of trader.
