Application of Grouting Consolidation Technology in Mud Ground

根据淤泥软土的性质,分析了淤泥地层的注浆加固机理,并对淤泥注浆的材料水泥—水玻璃浆液,从凝结时间、抗压强度、化学反应机理等方面进行了分析,并通过福州市福新路地下过街道的施工实例,介绍了淤泥注浆材料、注浆参数、注浆过程及注浆后的效果检查。

In this article, on basis of the properties of the soft muddy ground, the authors analyze the mechanisms of consolidation grouting in mud ground, introduce the grouting materials of mud ground, i. e. , the cement-water glass grout in terms of setting time, compressive strength and chemical reaction mechanisms. In addition, on basis of the case of Fuxin Street underground crossing tunnel in Fuzhou city, the authors present the grouting materials, grouting parameters, grouting process and grouting result checking in mud ground.
