摘要 将WEB技术,知识工程技术,数据库技术和CAD技术结合起来,以电梯设计为例集成建立了一个机械产品集成化快速定制设计系统。该系统以工程数据库技术为基础,集成PDM、ERP等系统,采用WEB技术使得用户可以通过Internet远程个性化定制产品,采用知识工程技术对产品设计知识进行有效管理和重用,结合产品族建模技术和CAD系统基于装配的特征建模技术,参数化设计技术建立系列化的产品族实例库,实现远程智能化快速定制设计。 This paper proposes a mechanical product integrating rapid customization design system which has been used in elevator design, The feature of this system is the combination of various technologies of engineering database, WEB, knowledge based engineering (KBE) and CAD etc. The whole system is set up on the base of engineering data- base technology, integrating PDM/ERP etc. It adopts WEB technology to let customers individually customize product by internet. Through KBE the system can reuse and manage the product design knowledge, while combining technology of product family modeling with technologies of feature modeling and parametric design based on assembly of Unigraphics CAD system to create product case library, and can finally realize intelligent rapid customization design.
