摘要
针对空气加热器内部电加热管位置对其出口温度影响较大这一问题,采用蒙特卡罗(Monte-Carlo)方法分析并编制了计算机程序,完成了对加热管位置的随机布置,然后采用有限元方法并结合仿真分析软件ANSYS对加热器内的温度场进行了数值模拟,得到使其出口温度达到预定值时所需的最少加热管数目和各个管的合理位置,从而实现了用计算机辅助设计空气加热器,为工程设计提供了理论依据。
In design electric air heater the location of the heating elements highly influence the air temperature. In this paper a unique technique to optimize the number of the heating element and the location of each heating element inside the air heater is presented by using Monte-Carol and Finite Element Method, Applying this technique the loca- tion of heating elements is first arranged randomly in different number, then used Finite Element Method and applica- tion software ANSYS to simulation the temperature and flow fields inside the Electric Air Heater, through get the circu- lative interaction calculation many times, the least number of heating element and the suitable location of each heating element are obtaianed when the hot air temperature arrives to pre-decided value. By means of this method, we finished the design of Electric Air Heater and give a helpful guidance for the design of the air heater in the practice.
