摘要 颤振是冷连轧生产中常见的现象,对这种现象的研究一直是工程界所关心的课题。研究了某钢厂冷连轧机的颤振问题,它的颤振特点是生产中该机组中的第五号机座出现低速颤振现象,即工作速度仅为设计速度的百分之四十分左右,严重制约了生产率。从扭振分析入手,对其传动系统上扭振三角波信号进行了充分的讨论,提出该轧机机座上的颤振原因是由上下支撑辊的相对辊径差所引起的速差所致。还给出了以速差为主变量的颤振自激因子计算公式,并以该轧机的轧制工艺为例进行了计算,证明了该轧机的颤振起因,这个结果为轧机的避振方法提供了理论指导。 The chatter is a phenomenon commonly in the cold tandem rolling production and the phenomenon has always been a subject concerned by the engineering field. The paper discusses a low speed chatter problem, which working speed is only 40 percent of the design request, caused by No. 5 housing mill on the cold tandem rolling mill in a steel factory during the rolling production. Hence then the productivity is greatly effected. The paper analyzed fully the triangular wave signals from the torsion oscillation measurement in the system of the rolling drive, and knowing the chatter reason came from the speed difference caused by the diameter difference of the couple of support rolls. The paper also gives out its calculation formulae with main variable of the speed difference for the self-excitation factor of the chatter and the reason of the chatter is proved by means of the calculation formulae with the rolling parameters No. 5 housing. The result provides a guide to avoid the chatter in such housings.
