固定化活性污泥处理海水冲厕污水研究 被引量:7

摘要 确定了固定化污泥最佳的包埋剂配比,研究了不同温度、作用时间、pH值、微生物浓度和氯离子浓度条件下固定化污泥对人工海水冲厕污水的处理效果。结果表明,包埋剂最佳配比为聚乙烯醇(PVA)80g/L、海藻酸钠4g/L活性炭10g/L、SiO2 10g/L、CaCO31.25g/L。在30℃下固定化污泥对NH3-N和CODCr的去除效果最好,12h时其去除率分别为83.9%和84.2%。固定化污泥在pH4~10之间均有很好的去除效果,其适宜用量为75g/L,氧离子浓度的增大对NH3-N的去除几乎没有影响.但对CODCr的去除效果降低。曝气试验表明,固定化颗粒运行2个月情况良好,出水NH3-N和CODCr符合二级污水综合排放标准。 In this paper, the treatment mobilized activated sludge under a variety of effect on seawater toilet flushing sewage was studied by using im conditions including temperature, retention time, pH, sludge con eentration and chloride ion concentration. And the optimal composition of entrapping agents associated with immobilized activated sludge was discussed in terms of mechanical stability and removal percentages of NH3- N and CODCr. The results showed that the optimal composition of entrapping agents was polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) 80 g/L, sodium alginate 4 g/L, activated carbon 10 g/L, SiO2 10 g/In and CaCO3 1.25 g/L. Removal percentages of 83.9% and 84.2% corresponding to NH3-N and CODCr were achieved at 30℃ and a retention time of 12 h. The favorable pH and immobilized activated sludge concentration were 4~10 and 75 g/L, respectively. Generally, the removal percentage of NH3-N was not obviously influenced by chloride ion concentration, however, the removal percentage of CODCr increased with increasing chloride ion concentration. Con tinuous aeration experiment showed that the immobilized beads were really effective during an operated time of 60 days, and the water qualities of effluents met the limit of integrated wastewater discharge standard.
