七种中药软膏剂中金黄色葡萄球菌和绿脓杆菌检测方法的探讨

Exploration on Detecting Method of Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa in Seven TCM Ointinents

本文对我院七种中药软膏剂进行了金黄色葡萄球菌和绿脓杆菌检测，有的出现假阴性反应。经研究发现含汞的中药软膏剂中的金葡球菌需在增菌液中加入０．１５％的硫乙醇酸盐，方可检出加入过阳性菌种的阳性菌；含有防腐剂的软膏剂需采用离心沉淀集菌法，才能检出加入过阳性菌种的阳性菌。

Staphylococcus aureus and pseudomonas aeruginosa in seven TCM ointments from our hospital were detected.Some showed the false negative reaction. It was found that the positive bacteria in the TCM ointments containing Hg could be detected after adding 0.15% of ethyl aichol sulfate to the liquid of enriched bacteria.The positive bacteria in the ointments with antiseptic could be found by the method of contrifugal precipitation for col lecting bacteria.
