摘要
当前对中国哲学合法性危机的理解,主要是从学科层面来理解的。但在根本上,这种危机是一种意义危机,表现为当代哲学家群体的工作及其产品,不能与民族生命和文化达成精神上的自觉联系,不能在时代条件下创造性地建构起基于民族生命的表达系统。因而,对于中国哲学合法性问题的回答,就不在于论证有无“中国哲学”,而在于对民族生命当代表达的意义自觉;合法性重建的希望则在于对文化功能的有效承担上;合法性危机的克服,更需要超越对中西哲学在学科、文本和学术话语形式等方面之关系的外在关注,转换为对文本与时代、社会、民族生命之关系的内在关注。
Currently we always comprehend the legitimacy crisis of the Chinese philosophy in the light of the subject. But actually, the manifestation of the crisis, which in nature is a significance crisis, is that contemporary philosophers fail to build a conscious spiritual connection between their work and the national life as well as national culture, and therefore they can't give a systematic expression of the national life of this era creatively. As a result, the answer to the problem concerning the legitimacy of Chinese philosophy lies in the conscious realization of the expression of the national life other than the argument on the existence of the Chinese philosophy. And the expectation of the restoration of the legitimacy consists in a valid undertaking of the cultural mission. A conversion from the external concern of the connection between the subject, context and academic discourse pattern to the internal concern of the relationship between the context, epoch, society and the life of the nation is indispensable in getting rid of the legitimacy crisis.
