一种新的产吲哚金色杆菌的分离与鉴定

摘要 目的从术后感染膝关节中分离出革兰氏阴性杆菌,并对菌种进行系统鉴定。方法以法国梅里埃Vitek 32和API 20 NE培养基系列的上机鉴定与经典鉴定方法进行鉴定与比较。结果鉴定出分离菌为产吲哚金色杆菌,但其赖氨酸脱羧酶为阳性,并产生脲酶,与典型种不同。结论分离出的产吲哚金色杆菌可能为一新亚种或生物型。 Objective To isolation Gram negative bacillus from post-operation infectious knee joint, and to identification. Method Vited 32 and API 20 NE systems and traditional identification methods were used and compared. Result The bacterium was identified as Chryseobacterium indologenes but with some atypical characters such as positive lysine decarboxylase and urease. Conclusion The isolated Chryseobacterium indologenes probably was a new subspecies or a biovariety of the species.
