水平定向钻进中的几个重要技术问题——兼谈《水平定向钻进管线铺设工程技术规范》

《水平定向钻进管线铺设工程技术规范》颁布实施三年了，一些重要问题需作说明和补充。实际施工中，建议管线探测应当以人工实测为主、物探为辅，同时应重视施工中的监测；钻孔轨迹设计时弯曲半径必须符合规范要求，并在钻进中控制造斜强度予以保证；扩孔中，在不同形式孔段扩孔钻头受力情况不同，会造成椭圆扩孔问题，其对施工有着重要影响；回拉铺管时，管道阻力主要来自孔内不清洁和弯曲钻孔中的管道弹性变形，可采用探孔、打捞和同径反复扩直予以解决。

Technical code for horizontal directional drilling by CSTT has come to use for three years. When you work at HDD, the technical keys must be handled following： the manual works for locating exist pipes should be preferred, assisted by other exploration instruments; and the pilot hole should be met with to the code and guaranteed by drilling tools and techniques; in bores reaming, the loads on reamers are different between straight and bend section of the hole, which make the shape of the bore from round to ellipse; and in installation pipes, the addition difficulties mainly comes from the bad cleared of the hole and the elasticity of the pipe with the curve of the hole, and the solutions, for example, the excellent drilling fluids, the fishing tools, and repeat reaming in the same gages, could be helpful.
