摘要
农民增收问题不仅是经济问题、社会问题,还是政治问题,农民增收缓慢已引起学术界和实际工作部门的高度重视。本文在分析促进农民增收的途径的基础上,以新农村建设为契机,研究农民增收的长效机制。
Increasing farmers＇ income is not only an economic or social matter, but also a political matter. Too slow progress in increasing farmers＇ income has aroused attention from academic and adminstrative sectors. Based on the analysis of the ways to increase farmers＇ income, this article deals with the long-effect mechanism for increasing farmers＇ income, taking the new rural areas construction as an opportunity.
