摘要
将传统农业技术数字化、农业技术推广手段现代化,是当今农业发展的迫切要求,河北省通过承担国家863计划-智能化农业信息技术应用示范工程,满足了这一要求。具体方法是:①农业专家系统网上运行、单机版单机运行并举;②开通河北农业智能信息网,与省内100多个县市联网,自主研发出了农业信息数据采集交换系统;使用农业智能语音电话系统,农民用电话可直接与计算机农业专家系统或农业专家交流;③建立长期定点观测试验站,使农业数据及时更新。
Abstract：It＇s a need of today＇s agriculture development to modernize our traditional farming and make it digital .Hebei Province make it true by taking on the national 863 Plan- The Demonstration Projection of Intelligent Agriculture Infformation Systems. The following is the process： ① the agriculture expert system is moving while the stand-alone is rnnning;② dredged Hebei intelligent agriculture information net, made up a united net with the another 100 cities or towns,and created agriculture info-data gethered and exchanged system, the farmers can communicate with the computer agriculture expert system or the agriculture experts directly;③Build an observation and examination station, make the farming data be updated in time.
