摘要 目的:研究大孔吸附树脂分离富集赤芍中芍药苷的性能。方法:采用HPLC法测定芍药苷的含量;考察大孔吸附树脂对芍药苷的吸附性能以及洗脱参数。结果:D101大孔吸附树脂对提取液中芍药苷的最佳分离条件为:上柱液浓度为2.5mg/mL、流速为3.6BV/h,芍药苷比吸附量达32.2mg/g,20%乙醇洗脱率为91.25%,芍药苷纯度可达73.70%。结论:D101大孔吸附树脂可用于赤芍中芍药苷的分离富集。 Objective:To study the separation effect of D101 macroporous resin for the purification of Paeoniflorin in Radix Paeonia. Methods:HPLC was used to analyze the content of Paeoniflorin, and the adsorption performance and the elution parameters were investigated. Results:The optimal Paeoniflorin was 2.5mg/mL with a flow rate of 3.6BV/h, separation conditions were as follows:the concentration of and 20% alcohol was used as eluant. The adsorption of Paeoniflorin was 32.2mg/g, and the elution ratio of Paeoniflorin was 91.25 % ,and the purity of Paeoniflorin reached 73 70%. Conclusion:D101, resin can be used to refine the Paeoniflorin in the extraction of Radix Paeonia.
