摘要
该文主要研究了不同的预烧温度和烧结适配对MnZn铁氧体磁性能的影响.作者发现,780℃的预烧温度有利于烧结过程中固相反应的进行,提高样品密度,改善样品性能.与传统的烧结过程相比较,作者在降温过程中采用的二次还原法烧结过程,产品性能更优.
Effects of different presintefing temperatures and sintefing on the manganese-zinc ferrites with low power loss are studied with X-ray for measuring magnetic properties. It has been found that better properties can be obtained at a presintefing temperature of 780℃. Compared with the traditional method, a double reduction method used in the cooling process leads to better quality of the ferrites.
