摘要
针对筒形零件的机械扩径问题,通过对力学模型的简化,导出了零件的回弹变形与材料的屈服强度、弹性模量、泊松比以及相对壁厚之间的近似关系,建立了一种可以用于预测筒形零件在机械扩径过程中回弹变形的近似方法。MSC.Marc模拟结果表明,预测结果与模拟结果接近,预测方法具有一定的工程实用价值。
Aimed at the prediction of the spring back of the cylinder in mechanical expanding, based on the characteristics and the assumptions of the deforming process, a functional relation among the spring back, the yield strength, the modulus of elasticity, Poisson's ratio and the relative thickness is deduced approximately. The predicted result is very close approximation to that of the numerical simulation; therefore, it can be used to predict the spring back of a cylinder in mechanical expanding process.
