腹部闭合性损伤58例临床分析

目的探讨腹部闭合性损伤的诊治策略,提高腹部闭合伤的诊断与治疗水平。方法对我院2001年9月～2005年10月收治的58例腹部闭合性损伤患者的诊治过程做回顾性分析。结果诊断性腹腔穿刺、CT和B超的阳性率分别为90%、90%、91%;54例行手术治疗,术后2例死亡,4例保守治愈出院。结论诊断性腹腔穿刺,CT和B超是腹部闭合性损伤有效的诊断措施,损伤以脾破裂多见,2个以上脏器损伤多见。

Objective To explore the abdomen closed injury. The diagnosis and cures of the strategy, improve trauma of the abdomen of treatment level. Methods To our hospital, September 2001 to October 2005 receive treat-ment, 58 eases accepted to cure the abdomen-closed have injured. Results The suflerer＇s diagnoses and cures of the process, look back of the analysis, diagnosis the abdomen cavity centesis, the CT and B ultrasonic diagnostics, dis-tinguishes to rate in 90%,90%,91%： 54 cases surgical operations, after operation 2 cases death. 4 cases keeps the treatment cure to get out of the hospital. Conclusions Diagnosis centesis of the abdomen cavity on CT and B ultrasonic diagnostics in the abdomen closed of injured availabilily of diagnosis measure, above two, organs the in-jured much more.
