围手术后期处理对慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉术后鼻窦粘膜转归的影响

Dealing with in cnclose the operation stage is transferred to the influence to the mucose membrane of nasal sinas after the nasal polyp and chronic nasosinusitis operation

目的探讨促进慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉术后鼻窦粘膜上皮化的方法。方法通过对慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者进行围手术后期处理46例,并与未经围手术后期处理的同类手术38例进行比较。结果经围手术后期处理组的手术有效率为89.1%,而未经围手术后期处理组的手术有效率为71.1%,两者经统计学处理差异有显著性(x2=4.4,P<0.05)。结论术后鼻内窥镜定期复查清除残余息肉、肉芽、囊泡及药物的合理应用有利于鼻窦粘膜上皮化,预防术后复发而影响手术效果。

Objective To probe into and promote the cover method on the mucous membrane of nasal sinas after the nasal polyp and chronic nasosinusitis operation. Methods Through enclosing the operation on later stage and dealing with 46 nosal polyp of chronic nasosinusitis,and 38 similar operation dealt with are compered on later stage on operation. Results Through enclose operation dealing with operation of group is 89.1% on later stage ,enclose operation deal with operation of group is 71.1% on later stage , it＇s significance （p〈0.05） that the two groups are differcncely statistics deal with. Conclusions Remove remaining polyp , granalation ,bag steer by eudoscopic and use retionally medicine can help nasal sinas macous membrance to have cover in reexamining regularly after the nasal polyp and chronic nasosinusitis operation , can preventine the operation to recar and influences the operation result.
