摘要
在分析洗衣机生产企业质量检验管理现状的基础上,提出并建立了洗衣机生产过程质量管理信息系统的功能模型,介绍了系统的基本功能和组成原理。该系统采用层次化、结构化的模型框架,方便地实现了质量数据的采集、处理、统计分析、报表生成和存储等功能,系统运行于客户/服务器模式的网络环境,易于满足分布式数据管理(DDM)的要求,保证系统的安全性。
Actuality of quality information system for washing machine manufacturing enterprise was analyzed` Based on this actuality, function model of this quality information system was established. Basic function and composing principle was also introduced. Such function as data collecting, pretreating, statistical analysis, report forms creating and storage were realized. Based on client/server design, this system is prone to satisfy request of DDM. System security is also assured.
