摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱法测定甲砜霉素及其片剂的含量。色谱柱为shimpae ODS C18柱（250mm×4．0mm，5μm）；流动相为乙腈-水（1：4）；检测波长为225nm；柱温30℃；流速为1．2mL／min；进样量10μL。甲砜霉素标准曲线的线性范围为25-250μg/mL，R^2=0．9998，回收率为99．5％。
RP-HPLC method was used for the determination of thiamphenicol and its tablet, with shimpack C18 ODS column （250 mm × 4.0 mm ,5μm） and acetonitrile - water （1：4） as mobile phase. The column temperature was 30 ℃. Injecting volumn was 10 μL. The Linear range of thiamphenicol was 25 - 250 μg/mL, R^2 = 0. 999 8. Average recovery was 99.5%.
