Graves病患者外周血细胞凋亡、NO、NOS水平的变化及临床意义

摘要 目的探讨Graves(GD)患者细胞凋亡、NO、NOS的变化及相互关系与甲状腺免疫紊乱的关系。方法选取49名受试对象,其中GD组28例,正常对照组21例。分别测定细胞凋亡、NO、NOS的含量。结果GD组细胞凋亡、NO、NOS水平均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。直线相关分析显示,细胞凋亡与NO、NOS呈明显正相关(r=0.438,P<0.01;r=0.496,P<0.01)。结论GD患者外周血细胞凋亡与NO、NOS的变化密切相关,可介导免疫紊乱;调控NO与NOS可能利于GD病情的转归。 Objective To study the relationship between the changes and connections of apoptosis, NO, NOS and immune disorder of thyroid.Metheds 49 subjects, including 28 patients with GD and 21 controls, were selected.The levels of apoptosis, NO, NOS were determined. Results Levels of apoptosis, NO, NOS in GD group were significantly higher than those in normal control group ( P 〈 0.01) . Linear correlation analysis showed that there were obviously positive correlation between apoptosis and NO, NOS ( t = 0.438, P 〈 0.01 ; r = 0.496, P 〈 0.01) . Conclusions Apoptesis in GD patients was strongly related with the changes of NO, NOS, inducing immune disorder; the regulation of NO, NOS may be beneficial for improvement of GD.
