虚拟仪器技术在泵站水锤压力测试中的应用

摘要 本文针对二期抽黄管理局南郭泵站出现的严重管道水锤现象,分析了水锤产生的原因和改变其压力升高的方法,提出了一种利用虚拟仪器技术开发的水锤压力测试系统,利用本系统可完整地观察闭阀过程中管道内部水流压力的变化。实践证明该系统具有采集速度高,造价低,可扩展性强的特点。 Aiming at the problem of water hammer occurred in conduit of Nanguo Pumping Station, which belongs to the Administration Bureau of Pumping Water from the Yellow River, the causation of water hammer and the counter measure for changing the high pressure were analyzed. Based on the analysis, a testing system was presented, which make use of invented instrument technique in testing the water hammer pressure. The system can monitor the flow pressure changing process during the close of valve perfectly. It was shown by practice that the presented system possesses the features of high speed data collection, low price, and better expansibility.
