摘要
首先分析了汽轮机叶片脱落故障产生的机理及其危害性,然后根据叶片脱落所造成的机组振动变化情况,提出利用故障矢量诊断法来研究汽轮机叶片脱落位置的方法,并在实验室中进行模拟试验。通过对实验数据的分析发现,大多数数据结果都在误差的允许范围之内,表明了这种方法具有一定的实用性。
The harm and mechanism of the fault caused by blades' shedding off is analyzed firstly. Then a method to find the position where the blade shedding off which based on the vector characteristics of fault information in vibration is put forward and the simulate test is carried out. By analyzing of the test data, it shows that most of the data are within the range of the admissible error. That is to say this method is testified to be applicable in practice.
