摘要
提出了用非接触间断相位测量法来建立叶片动态测量的数学模型,该方法只需在叶顶安装2只传感器,在转子的适当位置安装一同步传感器即可测量整级叶片的振动频率,并用仿真验证了该方法的可行性。
In this paper, the inspecting system of steam turbine blades is founded according as the mathematical model of dynamic data measuring on steam turbine blades by discontinuous phase method. Only two sensors over the top of the blades and one synchronous sensor of the rotor are used to get the exact vibrant frequency of the blades. And the author made a computer simulation to validate the method.
