Analysis and Improvement on the Lower Ratio of Putting into Operation of High-pressure Heater

高压加热器投入率低是影响电厂机组安全经济运行的一个重要方面。以某电厂300MW机组高压加热器为例,分析了高压加热器投入率低的原因,运用等效热降法对机组的运行经济性进行计算,提出并落实了具体的改进措施,保证了高压加热器的正常运行,取得了良好的经济效果。

The lower ratio of putting into operation of high-pressure heater is an important factor which affects the safe and economical operation of turbine-generator unit in a power plant. Based on the high-pressure heater of 300MW unit in a power plant, the reason for the lower ratio of putting into operation of high-pressure heater is analyzed, the thermo-economical performance is computed with the method of equivalent enthalpy drop, a lot of good ideas are put forward, and the improvement measures are taken. So far the regular service of high-pressure heater is kept, and a good economic effectiveness is gained.
