柑桔及土壤中噁唑菌酮的残留分析方法 被引量:6

摘要 采用乙腈提取,硅胶柱层析净化,HPLC紫外228nm检测,研究了柑桔和土壤中唑菌酮的残留分析方法。结果表明,该方法回收率为76.81% ̄106.87%,变异系数在3.27% ̄6.69%之间,对唑菌酮的最小检出量为1.0×10-9g,在土壤、桔皮和桔肉中的最低检出浓度分别为0.02、0.04、0.02mg/kg。 A method was established for determining famoxadone residues in citrus and soil. Residues were extracted with acetonitrile, followed by cleanup with a silica gel column, and determination by HPLC with UV detection at 228 nm. Recovery with this method ranged from 81.5 to 99.3%, and the coefficient of variation ranged from 1.7 to 4.3%. The lower limit of detection was 1 ng. The lowest detectable concentrations in soil, citrus rind, and citrus pulp were 0.02, 0.04, and 0.02 mg/kg, respectively.
