摘要
介绍了聚合物微流控芯片压印机的设计,该机使用半导体热电制冷器进行加热、冷却,采用液压装置进行加压,由真空泵获取真空环境;通过上位机PC与PLC以自由口方式串口通信实现PC对PLC的实时监控,并用PLC对温度、压力进行控制。实验结果表明该设备可以制备高质量、高精度的聚合物微流控芯片。
The design of the imprinting machine for polymeric microfluidic chip was introduced. The imprinting machine can be heated and cooled by TEC, pressed by hydraulic pressure in a vacuum maintained by a pump. Real - time control between PC and PLC is realized through serial communication by freeport mode, and the control of temperature and pressure is realized by PLC. It is showed that the experimental results agree with the high quality and precision of the polymeric microfluidie chips made by this machine.
