摘要 介绍了Com-5NCSS五轴联动数控仿真系统运用的“实时仿真”技术,在此基础上提出基于规则实体表面网格化遍历的八叉树单球组合模型,该模型应用于Com-5NCSS仿真系统中,实现了碰撞干涉的快速检测,满足了数控仿真系统的“实时性”要求。 Real -time simulation technique used by Corn- 5NCSS simultaneous five- axes CNC virtual reality system was introduced. Octonary tree single ball compounding model based on gridding surface traverse of regular entity was put forward. The model was applied to Com -5NCSS virtual reality system, fast collide detection was realized, which fulfills real - time property for virtual reality system.
